Dr. Roxanne Wyman

Dr. Roxanne Wyman grew up playing several competitive sports, and dealing with injuries of her own sparked her interest in healthcare. She began her career in injury rehabilitation, working with high-level athletes. Research into alternative medicine led her to acupuncture, and realizing the incredible benefits acupuncture has in its ability to reduce pain and treat a diverse range of conditions with minimal side effects. Roxanne became fascinated by Traditional Chinese Medicine and continues to expand her knowledge while keeping up to date on modern scientific studies proving the healing effect acupuncture has on different systems in the body.

Dr. Roxanne adopts the TCM view of treating the person as a whole, and not just a collection of symptoms. By taking the time to listen to her patients, she is able to see the underlying patterns and imbalances contributing to their health struggles, and by addressing those imbalances is able to support the body's natural ability to heal itself. She is a true caring professional, dedicated to seeing her patients lead happier, healthier lives by enhancing their awareness of how their body is functioning and working with them on steps they can take to improve their health. By utilizing a combination of acupuncture and other modalities including cupping, gua sha, bodywork, NAET allergy elimination, craniosacral therapy, reiki, and lifestyle modifications she helps her patients of all ages feel their best, and encourages preventative care for maintaining optimal health.

With over a decade of clinical experience, conditions regularly treated by Dr. Wyman include pain and injury, headaches/migraine, food and environmental allergies/intolerances, stress, insomnia, fertility and pregnancy support, and cosmetic acupuncture.
